Fair Trade Hong Kong Foundation (FTHK) is a not-for-profit organization with vision to promote Fair Trade economy to alleviate poverty and contribute to a sustainable future. We now have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join our team and contribute to the planning, promotions, delivery and evaluation of our education projects which aim to nurture youngsters with competence to become a Fair Trade Generation.

To drive our pioneer projects forward, you will play a key role to:

• Organize and design Fair Trade education activities;
• Deliver Fair Trade workshops and talks;
• Provide training to secondary school students on Fair Trade and related global issues;
• Facilitate student activities in campus and communities;
• Assist in overseas tours to developing countries; and
• Monitor and evaluate education projects.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A university degree holder, preferably in education, sustainability, or social sciences;
• A passionate alignment with Fair Trade, and strong belief in justice and sustainability;
• 1 year working experience preferably;
• Proven track record in planning and executing projects for students;
• Knowledge of promotions, social media or event management will be an advantage;
• Independent, self-motivated, strong team mindset, and proficient in English and Chinese

We offer ample of learning and development opportunities and a 5-day work week, while working at weekends or evenings is occasionally required.
