Worldwide sales of Fair Trade certified products exceeded HK$23.8 billion in 2007

More than 60 outlets sell Fair Trade products in Hong Kong – anything from rice, oil and sugar, to wine, handicrafts, footballs, coffee, tea, chocolate, seeds, dried fruit, herbs, spices, honey, juice, nuts and more. There are 25
World Fair Trade Organization (WFTO) members in Asia dedicated to Fair Trade. So far, there’s only one in China: handicrafts made in Yunnan. Two coffee traders in Hong Kong, 10 tea traders and producers on the mainland, and 1 coffee trader in Taiwan are licences of the Fairtrade Labelling Organizations International (FLO).
